Please bring a dryrobe or tracksuit top or something warm to sling on for pool side video reviews.
Orchard Lisle Pool is off Weston Street and a bit tricky to find. The pool is a short walk from London Bridge station leaving by the Guys Hospital exit. As soon as you turn right into Weston Street keep your eyes open for signs on the right to Orchard Lisle Pool. You may see "Guy's Hospital Deliveries" sign more easily. There is a metal grilled gate ahead of you, and a smaller metal pedestrian metal gate to the left. Push button with "Swimming Pool" and they will let you through. Walk to back of building, turn left, through door, downstairs and turn left and you will find the super helpful pool staff/lifeguards. Please tell them you have a session booked with me and they will direct you to changing area.
Please note:
I hire one lane in this pool which means even if the pool is empty you cannot not swim in other lanes of the pool before the session or bring guests to swim. Please bring an extra towel and a tracksuit top or sweatshirt or dryrobe for poolside analysis time as the ambient air is sometimes not super warm.
