Session Times and Costs
All sessions include video analysis. I do recommend working in blocks of five sessions. This gives the coaching a structured progression. If you haven't been to see me before I recommend the package with the initial 90 intro and overall stroke analysis session.

I have cracked the speed thing and did 10 x 100s off 2mins and every one was under 1.30 with most about 1.27. I was on 1.10 tempo and doing 15-17 strokes per length and I wasn't exhausted, so I am totally thrilled! It is a 10 second improvement per 100 (I was previously repping on about 1.37, but on a bad day 1.40!) and I have hardly had the chance to swim, so that is really rather exciting!
