"Good location and venue - hotel, beach, sea all ideal for this kind of trip. Technique training - James and Ant were very dedicated and managed to cater to quite a mixed group (which ranged from novices to seasoned sea swimmers). They provided a good insight into the 'Total Immersion' approach to freestyle and gave me plenty of new insights into technique and swimming efficiency. Hospitality & service - John and Jo from SwimQuest were great hosts for the week from beginning to end Friendly group of people - made some new friends and enjoyed some nice evenings out, always a good way to round out a day in the water!"
