Video Analysis Training for Coaches

Video analysis helps you become a better coach and your swimmers become better swimmers.
I do not know how I would coach swimmers without using video.  
Being able to show the swimmer what they are doing and what changes they need to make rather than just telling them is totally empowering for them.  As a coach to be able to spend time looking at a swimmers stroke in slo mo or frame by frame is a game changer for understanding your swimmers' idiosyncrasies.
There is a bit of a knack though to making video analysis and the workflows simple rather than painful and convoluted.  In essence video analysis is simple but you need to understand the workflows.  I have literally thousands and thousands of hours of video analysis "flying hours" under my belt.
