4 weeks after minor op

Calcific tendonitis was the name of the game.  I am not certain it will ever be 100 per cent better.  Gently does it.

Shoulder still sore but problem exacerbated by heavy computer edit time and too much mouse use.

Last few swims I have concentrated most on head position.  I don't think I will ever get used to looking straight down but my head position has improved with ever so slight angle forwards and I feel when it's right because my hips feel much more buoyant.  Shish kebab breathing is much easier and more relaxed when head is correct.

My right am has forever been narrower than my left o recovery I notice it more than others.  My mantra for making adjustments i "do it a little more than you feel is right" because the tiniest adjustments feel so big.

I have brought both arm mail slot entries earlier and with the right hand wider,  Whoosh!.  Much better rotation. Huge surge of natural momentum also enabling left leg kick to fire a split second later.

More of this today at Lunchtime...watch this space.
